Here’s Andie’s support photo, doesn’t it look great? When we do our new layout it’ll be one we use, as the cause is something very dear to me. It’s so amazing and makes me adore Andrea so much more for supporting a cause she believes in. That’s always such a great thing to see in a celeb.
When will we find out who strangled Julie? – Lana
Not until the end of the season. Andrea Bowen (Julie) tells me, “even the person who did it doesn’t even know. Marc Cherry made an announcement after he screened the first episode at his house. He said, ‘The greatest thing about this year’s mystery is the person who did it is in this room and has no idea, so he’s keeping it under lock and key. Everyone was there – the entire cast. Even guest stars from future episodes.” But one significant person was absent – James Denton, so we can rule out him. If Andrea had to guess, she’s point her finger at Drea DeMatteo’s secretive new housewife, Angie Bolen. Lending support to this theory will be future flashback scenes that reveal how Julie and Nick met and began their forbidden affair. “There is a scene where I don’t have a shirt on, but fortunately it was shot from the back.”

We’ve got our first look at the newly redheaded Julie Mayer! Doesn’t Andie look fab? She loves the color that’s for sure. With that said this means that ABC is back in business, after DFO’s time trip down the bucket it’s back up and running and now I can focus more on Andie and her works. We also have a lovely new helper, owner of the previous Andrea Bowen Online – Josh. As soon as his computer is back up and running, I’m sure he’ll introduce himself properly.

I did not forget about you my dears, I’ve got some new Andie pics for you all. Things are also starting to heat up on Desperate Housewives and we can expect cast promotional and episodic photos to be out soon.  I’ll be busy for the next few days catching up on all the Andrea goodies.

Hey everyone,
I’m going to take a 3 week long vacation with the family. We’re driving down to California and Vegas, and leave in the morning. I will be able to go on the Universal backlot tour so hopefully (as long as they aren’t shooting in the streets) we’ll be able to go down Wisteria Lane. (I’m so excited!) I’ll try my hardest bring back fun pictures.
I’ll try and check in and check my email as much as possible, but it may not be everyday as it depends on where I can get Wi-Fi, but otherwise Rebeca has complete site control.
Leaving on July 17th, and hope to see everyone back on August 10th.

In other news, the Emmy list was released. DH was snubbed again, as were our ladies. However Beau Bridges was nominated for his guest starring role in 5×13! Congratulations Beau!
Keep checking back to desperatefans as I’m sure while I’m gone the first promotional and episodic photos for Season Six will start to get released and as soon as I return (if they have been posted) I’ll re-post them here.

| ‘Housewives’ scoop: Julie’s coming home |
Wisteria Lane is welcoming back one of its own this fall: Original Desperate Housewives star Andrea Bowen has signed on to reprise her role as Susan’s eldest spawn, Julie.
Although ABC would only confirm that Bowen is set to appear in the Sept. 27 season premiere, a Housewives insider tells that the actress is returning as a series regular.
Bowen vanished from Housewives at the end of season 4, a casualty of the show’s four-year flash forward. She briefly returned last season when Julie, on break from college, announced that she was dating her 40-year-old professor Lloyd (Steven Weber). It’s not clear if he’ll be accompanying her back home, but I’m guessing not.
